Preorder FAQs


Please Read and Refer to the below regarding any enquiries of our Preorders.


FAQ QUESTIONS

How does preorders work?
Fill in an order form ➜ "Order Received" email will be sent to you within 24hrs ➜ Reply "Order Received" email with payment details ➜ "Payment Received" email will be sent ➜ Wait approximately 2-3 weeks or lesser for your items! :)

When will you place the order for preorder items?
Order for preorder items will be placed with our suppliers the day after the preorder is closed.

Can I change my order for the preorder items?
You may amend your order before the preorder closes. After preorder has closed, you are strictly not allowed to change your order.

Can I still make payment after preorder has closed?
Late payment made after preorder has closed will not be accepted and will be refunded back to you. We cannot delay our orders as it will affect our other customers participating in the preorder as well.

What happens when my item is out-of-stock(oos)?
If preorder has closed, you may change to another item from any of our collections or you may opt for a full refund. (Excess/Shortage will be advised accordingly)

What is the estimated time frame for the preorder items to arrive?
Items will normally arrive between 2 weeks or lesser from the next day of the closing date.
Delayed shipments are unavoidable during festive periods, therefore we seek your understanding, especially regarding this issue.
