Return & Exchange


Return &  Exchange:

Return & Exchange Policy are only applicable to items purchased from shopwilddaisies.blogspot.sg

A thorough inspection of each individual items are usually done before we sent them out

If any defects are found, or if the item(s) are sent incorrectly, please email us within 5 working days from the date of delivery to inform us of the fault (including a snapshot of the defect). We will then process your request to determine the severity of the defect before requesting for the item to be mailed back to us.

Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure that the item(s) mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly.

WildDaisies strongly encourages Registered postage or Normal postage with a "Certificate of Posting"; which can be obtained at the post office, and we will not be responsible for any lost mail(s) in relations to Return & Exchange.

To qualify for Return & Exchange:

1. Item(s) mailed in wrong sizes
2. Wrong item(s) mailed
3. Defects in our products

Item(s) mailed back to us should be unwashed, unworn and in original condition to be eligible for Return & Exchange. Should the returned item(s) not qualify our expectations, WildDaisies will not hesitate to reject the Return & Exchange request.

Do note that the following does not qualify for Return & Exchange:

1. Change of mind after purchase
2. Unfitting item(s) whereby measurement of the product is clearly stated
3. Free size item
4. Minor defects such as slight colour difference, loose threads etc.

Customers shall bear the cost of return postages but you will not be charged the postage cost of the exchange item(s) mailed back to you.

For item(s) mailed in wrong sizes/wrongly mailed, we will exchange for the same/correct item of the right size if it is still in stock, or you may exchange for another item of equal or higher (top up required) value.

For items deemed as defective, we will exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or a full refund if the particular item is out of stock.

WildDaisies reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all Returns & Exchanges. Item(s) mailed back to WildDaisies without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.

In the event that our item(s) are mailed wrongly/defective, we sincerely apologise for the trouble caused. WildDaisies aim to resolve all issues as soon as possible upon receiving your request(s), however, your cooperation is needed to inform us in the soonest possible time should there be a problem with your shopping experience with us.
